We are all excited about the new Zeta Psi pledge class and feel like we’ve recruited a great group of future community leaders. We look forward to moving into our final stages of house renovations this summer. We would like to credit this to a successful capital campaign led by alumni Michael Connors. Connors and members of our executive committee of the Alumni Advisory Board including Bobby Schwartz, Seward Totty, D. French Slaughter, and Kip Caffey were instrumental in raising the funds to make the renovations possible. Don Laing and Phil Speasmaker have worked tirelessly heading up the actual renovation process. With our active alumni, the house continues to look better and better. Along with the house progression, our active brothers continue to thrive academically as we continue to sit at the top of Fraternity cumulative GPAs. Additionally, we have brothers serving in various leadership positions around Grounds. Needless to say, we are proud of our chapter’s progress and growth over the past decade and expect to maintain this trend in the coming years. Our semester is packed with events, including a joint philanthropy cookout with Kappa Kappa Gamma that will benefit SARA (the Sexual Assault Resource Agency). Lastly, we are looking forward to the initiation of the new pledges and to continue our active relationship with alumni.
